The Nez Perce National Historic Park is located near Lewiston in an appropriate scenic environment where the Nez Perce use to live for part of the year. It is a great place to stroll through the museum and look at all the artifacts as well as the gift shop with a game area for kids. You can also take a picnic as there are park benches there where you can gaze upon the landscape and wonder what it was like for them to live there.
